He's standing on a chair, with a mop handle attached to another mop handle attached to the broom handle, attached to a vaccuum attachment with duct tape on the edges to get the helium balloon down from our enourmous vaulted ceiling (which costs a fortune to heat) for his little brother Jake.
That's pretty creative, I think. That ceiling would be a pain to heat, I don't envy having to keep all that hard floor clean either.
