In a wrestling match it is preferable to take the first shot.
But if you don't, you definitely want to sprawl
and get your opponent in a head lock as soon as possible.
Throw your opponent on his back
put in that half nelson
get on your toes and hold on as tight as possible.
'Cause in wrestling you never want to be the kid on bottom.
